David Robinson built and sold an independent estate agency chain between 1979 and 1987 and thereafter co-started a residential building development company in 1988 which sold over 3,500 houses throughout the North West, building up to a turnover of £23,000,000 by 2003. David has particular expertise in the areas of marketing and conveyancing.

David has joined Bannister Bates as a Consultant with particular responsibility for marketing and expanding the conveyancing team as well as streamlining conveyancing systems to ensure a pro-active, speedy and smooth exchange and completion of house sales/purchases for clients.
